Plumbing Service Guarantee
- 1 Year on any plumbing repair, excluding stoppages.
- 10 Years on labor and materials for re-routes and complete house repipe’s.
Drain Service Guarantee
- 30 Days on any drain stoppages, providing that there are no defects or root intrusions in the drain or sewer line(s).
- 1 Year on all drain repairs.
- 3 Years on new drain installations.
Our clients receive half price sewer line camera inspections on persistent drain problems during this guarantee period.
Water Heater Service Guarantee
- 6 Year warranty on manufacturer warranty for all tank type water heaters.
- Optional 10 Year extended warranty are available on water heater tanks.
- 1 Year Free Labor on any new water heater repairs installed by our technicians.

General Repair Service Guarantee
Have you ever waited for a repair tech that never showed up? You’re busy and we know it. To express our confidence you can count on Neri & Russo to be there when you need a repair, if we don’t arrive at your home or business on the day scheduled for your repair you can deduct $50 from our repair service invoice. (Weather conditions permitting, this doesn’t included tune-up services)
New Comfort Heating Or Cooling Installs
Comfort Guarantee
We guarantee when we install a complete Air conditioning and duct system or any of our heating systems and it will not heat or cool your home to your satisfaction. We promise a maintained temperature variance range of no more (4 degrees + or -) from your temperature selection to the actual temperature at your thermostat when you are heating or cooling your home. If these temperatures are not achieved we will fix it and make any necessary modifications, repairs to your duct system at no charge for up to 5 years.
Dependability Protection Promise
(5 Years) your satisfaction with your new cooling and heating system is important. That’s why if the unexpected happens with your new air conditioning system and you have a compressor failure or your furnace’s heat exchanger cracks within the first 5 years of ownership, we will remove the defective unit and replace the system with a new air conditioner or furnace (which ever applies) free of charge to you. This removes the risk of getting a “Lemon” unit. Please read owner’s manual for use & care of your new air conditioner. This applies to residential installations only. Acts of god, intentional misuse or abuse are not covered by this guarantee. You also must have yearly maintnance with Neri & Russo to maintain this guarantee.
HVAC Service Guarantee
- 1 Year free labor for all HVAC repairs.
- 1st Year Parts and Labor Repair Guaranteed We guarantee our repairs for 1 year. If the same part that we repaired fails within one year of the repair, we will replace it free of charge “both part and labor”.
- Manufacturer warranties on parts vary between manufactures 3 to 5 years.
Guarantee “Trouble Free” Tune-up Service
We guarantee after our air conditioning tune-up service, if your system –for any reason it Isn’t trouble free for the next 6 months we will gladly reimburse the cost towards the repair or replacement of your existing air conditioning system.

Lemon Guarantees
Any product installed by Neri & Russo Services that fails within the first year of installation, Neri & Russo Services LLC will replace the product at no cost.
Parts and Labor Warranty
Neri & Russo Services will repair or replace all comfort system components if the equipment fails as a result of a manufacturer’s defect within the time specified in your warranty.
Performance Guarantee
If your new comfort system fails to keep you comfortable within the time specified in your warranty, Neri & Russo Services will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue per ACCA design standards. If we cannot resolve the issue with the existing equipment, Williams Comfort Air will replace the system with a new system of equal value absolutely free.
$100 No-Frustration Guarantee
If your system breaks down within the time specified in your warranty and Neri & Russo Services does not provide you with heating or air conditioning within 24 hours of being notified, we will pay you $100 for your inconvenience.
$250 Installation Date Guarantee
If your Comfort system is not installed by the agreed upon date a result of Neri and Russo Service, we will pay you $250 for your inconvenience.
Property Protection & Client Respect Guarantee
Our team members are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship and while they are in your home, your property will be protected from any possible damage. Our technicians will not swear or use tobacco products while on your property. They will courteously answer any questions or concerns and leave your home as neat as they found it. They will wear protective shoe covers and place floor protection on all work and traffic areas. If they fail to do any of the above, we will give you a one of our (1) year membership club agreements no charge to you.
