Three days before Easter, the shower in my master bath as well as my kitchen sink backed up. The smell was horrible! I panicked because we are expecting 20 people for Easter. I had heard good things about Neri & Russo Plumbing so thought I would give them a call. They told me they would be out within the hour and arrived 40 minutes later. They quickly identified the problem, took their equipment out of the truck and fixed the backup. Gerald and Jack were courteous, informative, and just plain awesome. And the best part was the price - they didn't take me for a ride. Fair and honest, which everyone can appreciate! I plan on having my furnace replaced in September and I will look no further than Neri and Russo. Thanks guys!!!!
