Neri & Russo Service is looking for a top notch Outside Sales Representative skilled in utilizing sales techniques to cross sell, up-sell while providing excellent customer service. The rep will stay abreast of new products and the changing needs of their customers in a variety of ways to help enhance their business. This individual will serve within the northern New Jersey area. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong determination to succeed in developing excellent relationships and growing our business.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 yrs. sales experience
- HVAC Knowledge & Experience is required
- Associate’s degree desired
- Self-starter with a Positive Attitude
- Individual but be able to adapt to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected event
Responsibilities / Skills / Experience Requirements:
- All of our Sales Project Consultant positions require extensive local market area travel with the use of a personal vehicle to travel to appointments. Includes a Company paid fuel program through a per mile rate reimbursement.
- Must have valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance.
- Must be computer proficient.
- Must have the ability to work a 5 day work week, which includes Saturdays. Additional days may be required based on volume and seasonality, in addition to the flexibility to work afternoon, evening and weekend hours.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Candidate must have excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills and have a passion for improving the lives of our customers.
